Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a treatment in which a person, under medical supervision, breathes 100% pure oxygen inside a specially designed treatment chamber that is pressurized like being in deep sea. Normal air that we breathe has 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% carbon dioxide and other gases. Oxygen is normally bound to haemoglobin in the red blood cells and carried to various tissues through blood. Breathing 100% oxygen at increased atmospheric pressure like in deep sea pressure causes oxygen to be dissolved in our blood plasma and increases its availability 5 to 10 times more than normal to our body's tissues. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HBOT AND HOW IT HELPS? • High levels of oxygen can help with repair and restoration of body cell and organ function • Induces growth of tiny blood vessels called angiogenesis in tissues deprived of oxygen • Stimulates stem cell production that helps in repair of damaged cells and regeneration of new cells in the affected organ • HBOT helps in faster healing of wounds and chronic ulcers • It stimulates the production of new bone cells in damaged bones • High levels of oxygen helps eliminate anaerobic bacteria • Oxygen augments the antibacterial effect of antibiotics • HBOT increases immune function of cells • Inhibits the effects of toxins and decreases inflammation • Increased pressure decreases nitrogen bubbles in decompression illness • Increased oxygen to muscle reduces pain and rejuvenates it.

Outside Chennai, we are the only clinic in Tamil Nadu to have the posture, gait, and running evaluation system. Our system has 4 cameras capturing the biomechanics from various angles and a unique software that provides interpretations with valuable information to understand the muscle weakness and imbalance that can cause various pain and related issues. This information helps us tackle your problems right from its source!

Body composition analysis helps us to understand the level of muscle and fat distribution in our body so a tailored exercise and diet program can be provided.
