Our Story

Centre of Excellence for Pain relief, Physical Rehabilitation, Wellness, and Sports & exercise medicine -Our journey began in 2006, when Dr. Noorul Amin established Coimbatore's first modern physio and rehab clinic, PREM (Physical Rehabilitation and Exercise Medicine) clinic, where laser therapy was introduced for the first time in the region. Then, in 2013, in association with a corporate group, Dr.Noorul Amin launched the Spring Life Pain and Rehab Centre, which brought state-of-the-art facilities and introduced Disc Decompression therapy for the first time in Coimbatore. Stepping into 2017, The Ultimate Rehab Clinic was born with even more upgraded facilities, like SDD therapy for the spine and advanced electrotherapy, earning recognition for our non-surgical management of neck, low back pain, joint problems, and sports injuries. We further expanded in 2022 to our new premises, bringing in many high-tech evaluation and treatment facilities for the first time in Tamil Nadu, such as Theramaster for spinal disc decompression and mobilization, as well as the introduction of rPEMS. In the following year, we started a wellness wing called The Ultimate Rehab Centre, offering FDA-approved hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which has a wide range of medical and wellness benefits, alongside the complete posture, gait, and running analysis for a deeper understanding of our body mechanics, as well as a therapeutic isokinetic gym for muscle reconditioning in painful conditions. Our vision is to make world-class physical rehabilitation and wellness accessible to all, with a mission to use cutting-edge technology and facilities to help people seeking relief from pain and illness achieve wellness.
